"Aa" campaign (Avisa a…) Advise so and so in case of an Emergency

The Ministry of the Interior and the Red Cross have launched a campaign called "Aa - ayudanos a ayudarte"- help us to help you.
They ask everyone to create a new entry in their mobile phone contacts list with the name "Aa" and to enter the phone number of the person they would like to have contacted in case of an emergency. Other numbers can be added by using the names "Aa1, Aa2 Aa3 etc.
